Almost every food service operation in the state of Ohio is required to have at least one staff member Certified in the Ohio Manager Course. Most companies make this training a part of their management training program. Many companies require all their managers and assistant managers be Ohio Manager Certified.

You have 6 months to take the course.

The course will take about 15 hours.

We recommend you schedule your exam as soon as you complete the course.

  • The course is the State of Ohio Accredited TAP Series course (see FAQ)
  • There are 15 chapters.
  • Plan to complete each chapter in a 1 hour setting
  • There is a quiz at the end of each chapter so you can see how you are doing
  • There is a Final Practice Test at the end of the course
  • Score at least 90%. Take it until you do.
  • Students who follow this procedure have better results in the final proctored exam
