If you work in an Ohio food service operation and prepare, sell or serve food, you need this training and certification. Ohio requires at least 1 certified person on staff anytime you are serving food. It would be best if ALL employees who prepare, serve or sell food would become CERTIFIED. This course prepares food handlers to keep food safe and lower costs.
This course is ANSI accredited and is recognized by the state and all local regulatory agencies.
